Brewing instruction
Add 2 - 3 teaspoons of loose tea into a tea pot or infuser. Add more tea for increased strength.
Add hot water between 80℃ to 75℃ and allow to brew for 3 -4 mins.
Strain liquid and serve warm or leave to cool down and add ice cubes for a refreshing ice tea.
Add honey to sweeten tea or enjoy on its own.
