SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING  

Orders over $59 are eligible to receive free standard shipping (Australia Only) with the use of the promotion code at the checkout (WELCOME25). Orders under $59 will be charged the shipping rate for standard or express as detailed in the shipping information. Express shipping is not included in the promotion and shipping rate will be charged as detailed in the shipping information.

Sierra Leaf ships domestic orders via Australia Post and shipping cost are automatically applied at checkout. We charge shipping based on the weight and volume of the order rather than a flat fee. Our fee is directly reflective of Australia Post shipping cost and we simply pass on this cost to you without any margin.

All orders shipped will have a requirement for signature upon delivery. This request can be changed to leave in a safe place by updating your delivery option in the email tracking notification through Australia Post.

In the event that no one is available to receive delivery at the shipping address, couriers will leave a note with instructions to collect delivery at a nearby collection point or redirect delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange time to collect shipment or redirect delivery following conditions or directions set out by Australia Post.

INTERNATION SHIPPING

Shipping cost for your selected country will be displayed at checkout. The shipping cost is determined by the shipping destination, products selected and total weight of your order. 

Please note, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer once shipment reaches your destination country. Sierra Leaf will not cover these charges. For express international shipping, please contact us at info@sierraleaf.com.au 

ORDER TRACKING

Customers will receive an email of their invoice and tracking number once order has been placed and shipped. Australia Post tracking number will allow you to see information about the expected delivery date, delivery delays, location of shipment and delivery options.

If your order hasn’t arrived at the anticipated time, we ask that you check the tracking number that you would have been emailed from us. You can use that number to track your package through Australia Post. If after 10 working days you have not received your order and are concerned, please get in touch with us.

    ORDER TYPE 2: 1 - 2 TEAS | SHIPPING COST: $10.95

    ORDER TYPE 3: 3 or more TEAS | SHIPPING COST: $14.95

    EXPRESS SHIPPING

    ORDER TYPE 1: $14.45

    ORDER TYPE 2: $14.45

    ORDER TYPE 3: $18.95

  • STANDARD SHIPPING

    TEA: Allow up to 3 - 5 business days to ship orders.

    PRINT: All art and photo prints are printed on demand. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for production and shipping process.

    EXPRESS SHIPPING

    Allow 2 to 3 business days from posting order.

    We aim to send tea orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving order. Prints will take longer to post as they are printed on demand. We don't keep inventory of prints.

    Shipment to regional areas in all states may take longer to be delivered.

    All shipment will come with a tracking number via email when your orders are shipped with Australia Post.

    Large orders will be split into multiple parcels and given the same tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

  • Sierra Leaf does not accept change of mind returns. Please choose your product carefully. Seasonal variations may often change the colour, texture and taste of the natural ingredients used in our tea blends. This variation is expected, and it does not constitute a defect. We have provided product descriptions and photos of the tea blend to aid you in buying with intent and choosing your products consciously.

    We recommend you take your time choosing the right art or photograph print for your space. Review the size, description and presentation of paper quality carefully.

  • If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible at info@sierraleaf.com.au.

  • We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

    Return of faulty or damaged items may be rectify through a product exchange. Contact us at info@sierraleaf.com.au as soon as possible.

    If we accept returns (at our discretion), the product must be returned in original packaging within 7 days. We recommend that keep your package trackable during transit as we will not be responsible for items lost in the post if you choose not to.

  • We sincerely apologise that your product has been damaged or incorrectly shipped. To allow us to help you, email us at info@sierraleaf.com.au within 7 days of receiving the order.
